The fees are ALL INCLUSIVE.

All tryouts will be held at Greenway High School - 3930 W. Greenway Road

12’s, 13’s, and 14’s – Sunday, Nov. 1

                   Registration begins at 12:00 p.m. – Tryouts begin at 12:30 p.m.

15’s, 16’s, 17’s, and 18’s – Saturday, Nov. 21

                    Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. – Tryouts begin at 8:00 a.m.

15’s, 16’s, 17’s, and 18’s – Make-up Tryouts – by appointment only

What to bring:

            1.  Region Registration Form (attached below)

            2.  Region Medical Release Form (attached below)

            3.  Tryout Fee of $50 – Checks made payable to AZ Desert Sky Volleyball Club

            4.  Kneepads and Court Shoes

            5.  A Parent

            6.  Copy of your Birth Certificate if you have NOT played in the AZ Region previously
