$5- One Time Event Membership- If, during the online registration process, you do not give us your USAV Membership number, you will be asked to bring it to the tryout or pay an additional $5 to cover the membership.

Registration Deadlines
Online, mailed and faxed, scanned/ emailed registration closes the 4th day prior to the tryout at midnight.  For example, registration would close Wednesday at midnight for a tryout on Sunday.

Transfers and Refunds
We will transfer you to another tryout at no cost, please email the ahletes name and birth date, the tryout they are currently registered for and the tryout they would like to transfer to indoorhp@usav.org.

Refunds will be given for withdrawing from a tryout, less $20.00 for administrative cost. Athletes may attend more than 1 tryout. The full tryout fee applies to each tryout attended. The number of tryouts an athlete attends usually will not affect his/her evaluation; attending more than one tryout is recommended only if your first tryout performance was for some reason below your potential.  Email indoorhp@usav.org with the athlete's name, birth date and the tryout they are registered for.
