2013 SUMMER CAMPS/CLINICS

All sessions are held at:  Greenway H. S.

3930 W. Greenway Rd.

LIBERO CAMP

Open to boys and girls entering 7 – 12 grades.  For Liberos stress will be placed on Footwork, reading the hitter, positioning, middle back and left back defense,  backcourt attacking.  Advanced passing skills, rolls, pancakes, and how to run a defense.  Serve receive will be stressed.  This is a great camp for a hitter wanting to play all the way around on the court.    Cost $165

June 3– June 6, Mon.-Thurs 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Registration Deadline:  May 20

                          MB/OH CAMP

Open to boys and girls entering 7 – 12 grades.  For MB/OH stress will be placed on footwork, transitioning, blocking and all types of hitting, tipping, roll shots, 1’s lines, slides, combo plays, terminating the ball.  Cost $165     June 10 – June 13, Mon.-Thurs. 1:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m.  Registration Deadline:  May 25

SETTERS CAMP

Open to boys and girls entering 7 – 12 grades.  For Setters stress will be placed on Footwork, hands and executing a 5,C,1, A, quick sets, jump sets and right back defense.  Cost $165 

June 17- June 20, Mon. – Thurs.1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Registration Deadline:  May 25. 

SERVING & LET’S PLAY BALL II

Open to boys and girls 7 -12 grades with prior playing experience required.  Special emphasis on all types of serving (9).  Defense vs. Offense will be stressed. High Level game-like drills will be utilized to improve overall skills.   Cost $165. Mon. – Thurs. June 17 to June 20,  9:30 a.m. to 12:30p.m. Registration Deadline:  May 25 

PLYO’s & CONDITIONING

Prepare to work hard.  Increase your vertical, foot speed, core strength, power & get in shape for any sport.  Special emphasis will be placed on improving your JUMP!  Meets 3 weeks from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Mon. through Thurs. 6/3 – 6/6, 6/10-6/13, 6/17-6/20.

Cost $185.Reg. Deadline: May 20^th

Learn the proper technique for all types of hitting utilizing solo spikes.  Improve your vertical. Maximize

endurance. Understand hitting mechanics.  Video capture and analysis. Meets 3 weeks from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Mon. through Thurs. 6/3 – 6/6, 6/10-6/13, 6/17-6/20.

Choose M/W or T/TH. Cost $185.Reg. Deadline: May 20^th

PLYO’S/HITTERS COMBO

A four day a week course for 3 weeks where you do the hitters Camp 2 days a week and the plyo’s camp the other 2 days. Meets 3 weeks from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Mon. through Thurs. 6/3 – 6/6, 6/10-6/13, 6/17-6/20. Cost $285.Reg. Deadline: May 20^th

SKILLS CAMP

Pick the skill area you would like help with – hitting, setting, passing and work with our Coaches to improve your abilities.  Cost $45 Sun. June 2 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration Deadline May 20.

SERVE AND SERVE RECEIVE

Work with our Coaches to improve this part of your game.  Cost $45  Sun. June 9 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.  Registration Deadline May 25.

TEAM CAMP

Our Coaches will contact you to find out what your team(6+ players)  wants to work on and will tailor a 3 hour session to you. Sessions run from 9:30 to 12:30 – You choose the morning.  Cost $300

SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS

Schedule your group of 2 to 5 players for a 1.5 hour customized semi private lesson. Our Coaches will contact you in advance.  Sessions run in the morning from 9:30 to 11 or 11 to 12:30  Cost $160

 Video capture and analysis at all advanced clinics.    We purposefully keep our Instructor to Student Ratio at 1:5 OR LESS to maximize learning!

 We are very pleased to have Kelsi and Patricia as clinicians this summer.  They bring a wealth of current knowledge to our staff, regarding techniques and drills that are currently being utilized at the higher levels of the game.  They will greatly enhance your daughter’s knowledge and ability to play the game of volleyball.
