Nicolee Thompson

I coach club volleyball to take each player to the next level.  I focus on teaching the game at every practice, correcting old habits and elevating one’s talent on the court.   I truly believe the game of volleyball is an amazing avenue to incorporate life lessons as individual players and together as a team.  The importance of team, hard work, accountability, responsibility, motivating others, as well as, having fun is incorporated throughout the season.  Volleyball can also open college doors for many, I coach to help get kids who have a dream of achieving playing at that level become a reality; and yes, it can!  I believe in refining fundamentals, fair play, and promoting awesome attitudes on the court.

I have been married for 13 years to my husband, Paul, and we have two children, Alijah and Alex.  I am co-founder and Executive Director of the Harvest Compassion Center Phoenix, a local food and clothing bank located in North Phoenix.
