Tricia O'Driscoll

Every season, I look forward to coaching club. I am a firm believer in working hard for what you want so you can expect to work hard this season! I like to train athletes on proper mechanics of skills while also getting players a lot of touches on the volleyball. I also think playing is of great importance and that every player should take advantage of every opportunity to just play. I am big on team cohesion and realize that female athletes need to bond in order to win, in order to be a successful team. I like to set attainable, yet high, expectations for all of my players to ensure progression with this sport, all while remembering the love for this game. Lastly, I hope to further develop the values in every athlete this game has taught me: accountability, perseverance, honor, leadership, drive, and passion.

I have been married for 5 years to my husband, Kevin, and we have two adorable puppies- Sweet Pea & Lucy.  I am attending school at Franklin Pierce University in their Doctor of Physical Therapy program and am set to graduate in March 2018.
